Need academic software? Head on over to the Vi-Lab right from your computer. It's easy to do. Open a browser, go to princeton.apporto.com, and log in.

When Internet issues are creating challenges with remote coursework or teaching, turn to Tiger Speed. Tiger Speed tests your connection to campus to determine if your Internet service is part of the problem. You can give it a try here, tigerspeed.princeton.edu.

When you need to access restricted networked resources from off campus, use GlobalProtect. GlobalProtect creates a secure connection (called a virtual private network (vpn) between your device and the campus network.

Changing your password is easy: make the request, verify your identity your mobile phone or home email (in TigerHub), then change your password. Do this from the Princeton Service Portal, Princeton's login screen or www.princeton.edu/changepassword.
