Adobe Acrobat Moving to Adobe Cloud Storage January 6

Starting January 6, 2025 through January 24, 2025, Adobe will migrate all Acrobat users to Adobe's unified cloud storage. If any users log in during the migration you may receive a "Migration in Progress" message. Please wait five minutes and attempt to re-login. Migrations won’t begin for any individual user unless there is no current account activity or login.

If using an Acrobat version prior to December 10, 2024 release date, you will receive a message to upgrade your Acrobat to the latest version (versions 24.005.20320 or above are acceptable).

To minimize disruption, please ensure that you are using the latest version of Acrobat.

As a reminder, you may access your Creative Cloud account by navigating to account.adobe.com, entering your Princeton netID email address, and then selecting the option for “Company or School Account.”
