Carol Kondrach joins Princeton as new Deputy CIO

OIT is pleased to announce that Carol Kondrach will be joining Princeton and OIT as the new Deputy CIO. 

Carol comes to Princeton from Rider University and has spent 25 years in roles with progressively increasing responsibility.  During her time at Rider, she served in a variety of roles ranging from technical support staff and Director of Academic Computing, to her current position as Associate Vice President for Information Technologies.

Carol’s connections to IT extend beyond the Rider campus through her regional and national service on the NJEdge Board of Trustees, as the primary contact for Educause at Rider, and with her membership on the Ellucian Cloud Advisory Board.  Areas of special interest to Carol are setting technology strategy, transforming business processes, developing staff, managing change, and leveraging technology to improve business process and performance.

Carol earned a certificate from the Institute for Educational Management at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from LaSalle University.  

Carol’s first day at Princeton will be Monday, January 14, 2019.
