On February 22, 2024, the Information Warehouse (Cognos) will undergo multi-day maintenance and will not be available for report generation until Saturday, February 24. 

What you need to know

Users will not be able to access reports starting Thursday, February 22, at 5:00 p.m., through early Saturday morning, February 24. Any scheduled reports will not be delivered during the maintenance period. Schedules will run again at their next set interval.

Landing page which contains “Recent” reports will be blank due to this refresh. The “Recent” area will begin to populate with reports when users log in again and begin running reports. 

What you need to do

Run any report needed from the Information Warehouse before Thursday at 5:00 p.m.
